After completing the exercise you are asked to set a reminder for the next time. You can choose to do the next schedule on this very day or tomorrow or on any other day of the week. So, no worries if you have other important stuff to do the next day.
After you complete your daily routine every day, it is possible to share your progress on social networks like Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc. It will be in a form of a screenshot that contains information, like the day number, total minutes exercised and calories burnt.
