Snoopreport Summary: Snoopreport is an Instagram tracker that you can use to easily track someone’s likes and following activity. It gives you detailed weekly reports and has three plans, Personal, Small Business, and Professional, each allowing you to track multiple accounts at once with ease.
Do you want to know how to view someone’s Instagram likes? I know that Instagram used to allow you to see what other people liked before but that’s not the case now. However, knowing someone’s likes on Instagram can be pretty handy, especially if you’re doing research into their interests or hobbies.
Snoopreport is an Instagram activity tracker that allows you to anonymously view someone’s likes and their following activity. I tested it out for myself to help find a surprise gift for one of my best friends. Read on to find out more about my experience with Snoopreport.

Snoopreport At Glance
I learned from Statista, a provider of market and consumer data, that Instagram is currently the 4th most popular social media platform on the planet. This is no surprise, as Instagram is a place for individuals, influencers, celebrities, and businesses to connect with each other.
It is very possible that your child may like it too. And if you are a concerned parent (and I am sure you are since you are reading my post), you may want to see what your child likes on Instagram. That’s why I decided to give Snoopreport a try to see if it would really be able to track an account’s Likes.
After testing it, I found out that it works with public accounts only and it does not work with private ones. Snoopreport can indeed track likes. It also shows you new follows and favorite hashtags of the Instagram account you track.

Detailed Snoopreport Review
Snoopreport is an Instagram activity tracker that works differently than many others on the market. While other Instagram trackers work to give you access to the entirety of a target account, including direct messages, Snoopreport is focused on allowing you to track the likes of an attached account over a 7-day period.
For this review, I tried Snoopreport out for a week and tracked two accounts, an active one and one of our own old TechUntold Instagram accounts.
It’s important to note, though, that Snoopreport can only track a public account and does not track private account activity. Plus, I was only able to track what the account liked and who they followed or unfollowed.
However, I find Snoopreport’s information about what the account likes to be highly useful, especially because, according to the Daily Mail, a British newspaper, Instagram removed the ability to see someone’s likes in 2019.
Before I discuss Snoopreport’s features, here’s how to link target users to your account:
- Log into your Snoopreport account and go to your dashboard.
- On your dashboard, click Add Account to add the Instagram account you want to track.
- In the popup, type the Instagram username of the account, then click Check.
- Snoopreport will begin checking for that particular account. Once it’s visible, click Add Account.
- Snoopreport will then begin tracking the account and your report will be made available a week later.
As you can see in the screenshot above, I started tracking on the day I started writing my review. The report was made available five days later.
- Once the report is made available, go back to your dashboard and click See Reports.
- You’ll be taken to the report page where you can view the reports for the past week.
This account was inactive, therefore there wasn’t anything for Snoopreport to show. However, I’ll be showing you the data from another account further in the review.
Reports
As I mentioned in the brief tutorial, Snoopreport shows its findings via reports. These reports give you a breakdown of Instagram users’ activity during the tracking period.
I was able to view how many likes the account made and who they recently followed and unfollowed. The report also showed me the total number of users that received likes from the account, the hashtags in the posts that were liked, as well as the account which received the most likes.
An additional feature that I found useful was that Snoopreport’s reports were available as downloadable CSV files. What’s even better is that I found out via the marketing company Adcore, that CSV files make it easy to analyze data. Personally, I like this feature because it makes it easier to search for names in the report.
Likes
The Likes section shows you which accounts received likes and the posts that received the likes and then ranks them in descending order by the number of likes. I was delighted that the liked posts in the report were hyperlinked so I’d be able to see the actual post with one click.
Follows & Unfollows
As I mentioned before, Snoopreport also displays the accounts that your target account follows and unfollows. Similar to the Likes section, these accounts are hyperlinked so you go to them directly from your reports page.
Liked Media Tags Cloud
I’ve always known the importance of hashtags, but this post by NetInfluencer, an influencer marketing website, provided me with even more insight. That’s why I like that Snoopreport presents the hashtags in the posts that were liked and displays them in a word cloud or bullet format.
User Interests
Similar to the Liked media tags cloud, Snoopreport also provided me with a breakdown of Instagram user interests in a word cloud or bullet list. This is what category the liked posts fall under. It can be a product/service, a magazine, a brand, or more.
Compatibility
Snoopreport is an online service without any dedicated app for Android or iOS devices. I was able to easily access the website on my desktop and mobile device. It loaded quickly and was easy to navigate even on a mobile device.
Price
In terms of pricing, Snoopreport has three plans available:
- Personal
- Small Business
- Professional
The Personal Plan costs $4.99 per month and tracks 2 accounts max. The Small Business Plan costs $14.99 per month and tracks a maximum of 10 accounts. Lastly, the Professional Plan costs $44.99 per month and supports up to 100 Instagram accounts.
For my test, I used a Personal Plan and I think this is the right plan for the average person.
Customer Support
I found Snoopreport’s Customer Support to be quite good. There’s a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section that provided me with detailed responses to questions that I had. In addition to the FAQ page, Snoopreport is reachable by email at [email protected] or their toll-free support number (833)766-6744.
Does Snoopreport Work?
During my test, I found Snoopreport to be easy to use. It only required the username of the Instagram account I wanted to track.
Once I did this, I just had to wait a week to receive a report on the Instagram user’s activity. That said, while I understand why I had to wait a week for Snoopreport to gather the data, I wished they could have provided quicker reports, such as one every 24 or 48 hours.

FAQs
Does Snoopreport actually work?
Snoopreport actually does work. The likes and follows in the report are 100% accurate as Snoopreport only collects data from public accounts. This is also the reason why Snoopreport is unavailable to collect data from private Instagram accounts to display their likes or following activity.
Is Snoop report legal?
Snoopreport is legal, 100% so. If you’re also wondering if it’s ethical, then the answer would be yes. The reason is that Snoopreport only uses publicly available data to present in their reports. Snoopreport does not provide any information about private accounts in any shape or form.
Can people see if you snoop on their Instagram?
No one can see if you snoop on their Instagram. When you track an Instagram account with Snoopreport, there’s absolutely no connection between you and them. Therefore, they have no way of knowing that you’re tracking them. You can also delete their account from your dashboard and leave no trace.
Snoopreport Review – Wrapping Up
What’d you think of this review?
While I didn’t rely heavily on Instagram’s activity tab when it existed, I know that being able to see someone’s Instagram likes can prove beneficial. You can do covert research to surprise them with a gift for their birthday or the holidays.
Either way, Snoopreport is a great way to gather intel on multiple public Instagram accounts at once. If you have any questions, be sure to leave them in the comments below. Don’t forget to share this article too!
