  1. After you’ve canceled your auto-repayment, you’ll see the NordVPN feedback page where they’ll ask why you’ve canceled your subscription. You can leave feedback if you wish, but it’s not mandatory.

  1. Following your selection of the “Billing” option, you’re going to be asked to enter your email address to continue the transfer or cancel the transfer. Enter your email address and you’ll be placed in a queue to speak with an agent.
