He puts science back and trains you as an athlete. The app has an 8-week program. This is definitely one of the best abs workout apps for both Android as well as for iPhone
This app asks for the time at which you want to be reminded so that it can alert you with an alarm at that time. Coming to workouts in the Train tab, exercises are well laid out with total training time and proper video tutorials. Apart from exercises, you can also check which food to eat for breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner. And after each week, take a selfie to monitor your progress in the app itself.
