Azulle Byte3 Mini Desktop PC, as the name suggests, is a portable computer which runs on the latest Windows 10 and is completely fanless. And the best part about this mini PC is that you just need to connect it to a display and you are ready to operate a full PC anywhere. We have had the chance to cover other products for Azulle, like the Azulle Access3 PC Stick which was great. So here we are going to review Azulle Byte3 and see how this gadget actually is.
Azulle Mini Desktop Byte3 Review
Without any further ado, let’s dive into the packaging of the product and see what’s inside the box.
What’s Inside The Box?
- Azulle Mini Desktop PC Box

The Azulle Mini Desktop PC comes in a very small size and is really light in weight. On the top of the device, there is a circular pattern design which looks cool and good on a table top. Front side has the Azulle logo and the IR receiver for the remote control.
Coming towards the back you will get –
- Wi-Fi antenna
- USB Type-C port
- Power input DC 12V
- VGA and HDMI video output
- Ethernet port
- 2 USB Ports 3.0
- Audio Output
- System lock
On the right side, there are two more USB ports 3.0, 2.0 respectively and a microSD slot which can be used to increase the memory of this PC.
Usage And Key Features
At first, when you plug the PC and turn it on you will need to complete the Windows setup. You will require a mouse and keyboard as operating from the remote can be a little struggle for first few times. Though the remote works great, Azulle could have provided more control options that may have made its working much easier. But operating a genuine Windows 10 and that also without any huge CPU or costly laptops makes the remote problems less to worry about.
I tried this PC for a few days, and to be honest I was impressed. The normal stuff like browsing, working on the internet, working on Microsoft Office and other regular PC usages were really great without any lag. You can even connect various USB storage drives and devices without any problem. The Type-C can be used to make data transfer more quickly than other USB ports. You can also connect an ethernet wire and then turn on the hotspot to make this PC an internet router when required.
This PC can also run 4K videos and I didn’t observe any issue or lag playing the videos whether from system or YouTube. Though sometimes it may buffer while playing 4K videos online. As it runs Windows 10 Pro there are no limits for the software or application that you can download and install. The only thing to take care is that whether the specifications of that software are suitable with this PC or not. It will not be that much of an issue as long as it has the necessary storage.
Can You Play Games?
The gaming part is where it lacks a little, as the specification of this PC is very low while compared to a real desktop PC you may not be able to enjoy all of the games that you desire. As Intel HD 500 which comes with the Intel Apollo Lake processor is not for hardcore gaming but it is not what the PC is made for so no big issue. You can still enjoy some light games already installed on this mini PC like Spider solitaire, Plants vs Zombies, etc. Or connect through Xbox live.
The price of this mini PC is fair as all the things it has to provide which can surely be useful for everyday needs. You can buy it from Amazon at the price tag of $239.99
- Less messy setup
- Windows 10 Pro
- Create Wi-Fi connection/ internet router
- 4K Video Support
- Multiple output and input options
- Remote could have better controls
- Keyboard and mouse are required for proper usage
- Limited / Non-expandable RAM
To sum it up, this mini PC is really great in design and overall specs as it covers almost all the necessary input and output requirements for a PC. I will surely recommend it if you are planning on buying one.
